Delta Controls Inc. Warrants all remanufactured and repaired items sold to be free from defect. AC/DC Drives and Power Supplies that are not PLC's, carry a six-month warranty where as the PLC's (Programmable Logic Controls), Monitors, Temperature controls, PCB's (Printed Circuit Boards), and other various electronic boards carry a one-year warranty. The six-month and the one-year warranties are effective from the ship date. Any warranty that we see will be repaired in house and fully tested up to the manufacturer specifications.
If the unit can not be repaired and its failure is a result of Delta's craftsmanship the unit will be replaced or money refunded to the customer. Delta reserves the right to attempt repairing your item twice before crediting your account. Your account representative from Delta should handle any concerns on warranty issues. Warranty is void if failure or defect is a result of the following: abuse, cannibalization of parts, catastrophic failure conditions, severe environmental exposure, misapplication, or operation exceeding the rated capacities.
Also not covered by warranty: negligence, contamination, improper calibration, poor storage or handling by the customer, or unauthorized maintenance or repair, or if DCI identification sticker has been removed. In no event shall Delta Controls be liable for any damages including but not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, expenses, business interruptions, lost profits, or any other damages arising out of any repair or remanufactured goods of Delta Controls.
